Default What ---- to replace before turbo?

What things would you all recommend replacing before boosting?

Here's the list I have so far, please tell me if anything's missing:
head gasket
plugs
wires
fuel pump (mine is shittin out)
fuel filter
oil/oil filter
tranny fluid
valve cover gaskets/grommets
main seal (i think that's where my oil is leaking, will check)
timing belt
water pump

Mostly, just looking for what regular maintenance crap would be good to change.

Oh yeah, and as far as reusing the head bolts... I know honda says not to do it, and when I changed the head gasked in my old del sol I reused them without problems...but it wasn't boosted either. Replace or not? I'm cheap

Get ARP Headstuds. As long as your timing belt looks okay, why change it early? Just keep an eye out for odd wear
