Default what is needed in Dseries Block/Head Build?

hey guys what is the best most economic way to build a Dseries for boost? I was thinking SRP pistons, with Eagle rods and block posting should be good enough I hope and a new cam? what is suggested what have people used, already running 13's with my JDM D15Bvtec @10psi

Wait to see if he runs 18psi before you start modeling your motor after his. He's trying to become the "Super Dave" of the D series. Take advice, but not for fact.
