You're going to be going with OBD-1(or 2) if you get any VTEC B18 (C1 and C5). Now that means changing wiring, disty, ECU, etc... but you should most likely get a bit of that with the engine if it's a complete long block. As far as the mechanical outlook of it all; changing to a B series (DOHC) engine from a 1988-1991 CRX you're going to be looking to need new transmission, axles, hubs, motor mounts, along with making some room in the engine bay for the alternator I believe it is.
B series swaps are popular, don't get me wrong, but they aren't for the faint at heart, there is a lot that needs to be purchased.
1st gen (86-89(
d16a1 (more or less a DOHC ZC)
2nd gen (90-93)
90-91 b18a OBD0
92-93 b18a OBD1
92-93 b17a (obd1) (gsr model only)
3rd gen 94+
94-95 b18b obd1
96+ b18b obd2
94-95 gsr b18c1 obd1
96+ gsr b18c1 obd2
96+ type r b18c5 obd2
i believe that's right?
Ideally to swap a 2ndgen teg motor into a crx you'll want a 90-91 b18a w/ trans, engine harness, ecu, linkage (needs to be shortened to fit CRX), mounts.

no. no b series bolts into a USDM civic/crx. you need a mount kit and u need stock 90-91 integra linkage shortened 3 inches. do an LS swap then throw a b16 head on it and run low 14s- high 13s. you'll be happy with the little extra "pep" it has

b series swaps are a party, mine lasted 2 months. research your ----, and make sure you have everything before you atempt a swap, I didn't know what axles to look for and was given the wrong ones. If you are going to be changing the timing belt and water pump do it before the instal. make sure you have all the tools you need (breaker bars [pipes] and hammers are very useful). Get a friend or 2. I had a friend help me and without him I would not have been able to do the swap.
