I'll never buy anything directly from honda. Feelpro works great for me for headgaskets. Why pay more for the same thing? I thought the y8 was suppose to be a 2 layer MLS instead of a 3 layer MLS gasket? I love the MLS gaskets and reuse those ******* over and over again with no problems ever!

Thanks for the input. So the y8 would match up perfect also? And where do you buy your hg's and how much?

I bought my head gasket at the honda dealership along with my diff bearings, timing belt, and water pump.

That thread is lame, 2 people said you shouldn't use it lol. Copper spray is fine, it's not going to hurt anything. It's just cheap insurance to make sure all the little imperfections are filled in.

that makes sense..i just wasn't even sure what it did..but i too am buying an oem metal gasket and also some arp studs by the end of week..i'll be sure to get the spray also
