yesterday i took my head off because my car wasnt runniin right, and when i look under there 2 of the exshaut valves had scratches on it and the thrid piston had dents all in it. what would cause this. is my valve stickin or what

 

some ideas:
bent valves.
really bad timing.
timing belt broke,
or loose and skipped some teeth.
