Clogged return or failed regulator causing an increase in fuel pressure? Or are the o-rings actually damaged?

After I got my buddies old accord running after sitting for 4 yrs the first thing that bitch wanted to do is spray gasoline all over the engine bay out of all 4 cylinders. Just replace the O'rings and see how it goes. If it happens again then you know you've got a problem. Your weird not stupid Buk. You'll figure it out.

Have you pulled them out yet to see what they look like?

Were they installed using any kind of petrolum based lubricant?

This is what I told him. I'm assuming they dry rotted from sitting without any fuel in the lines for so long.

Just change em out. Its like $20 worth of parts for injector seal kit.

I always use water based lubricants when installing the seals. No oil to worry about damaging them. KY works good. :6

as in the oring physically extruded out of the pocket? Mine did that when I tried to stuff the wrong oring in and didn't get it in quite right. The rail bolted down until it was tight, but in actuality it wasn't down all the way onto the little spacers. So that left some room for the oring to squeeze out.

Was your rail bolted down all the way?
