hey guys buddy of mine just picked up a 91 si, with a vtec sohc for cheap, but it's runinn' the stock si non-vtec cpu how do we fix this to get the vtec working properly?? also the engine is D16z

jesus man, there is about 100 write ups to do this on the internet. the right way to do it (in my opinion) is to convert the car to obd1 using a conversion harness, dizzy, ecu and o2 sensor from a 92-95 civic ex.

or you could just plug in a pg7 (dohc integra ecu) then use an rpm switch to activate vtec if your a cheap fucker
