ok fella's i have a b16 rex. and i am driving around the othe day and for ----'s and giggles i check my codes well im throwing code 17 with is VSS- speed sensor. i checked the spedo cable even tho my speedo works and stuff. i reset the ecu and it was gone well about 2 min later down the road it is on again. is there something else that would be setting it off?? i stumped ne help would be greatly appreciated. thanks alot

the connection to the vss could be corroded,and pins got broken, mine was like that after I got it wet, it will come on after your engine gets to normal temp.

 

which connections? mine has the same problem once in awhile.
