unstable handling

i drive a 93 civic dx, and my handling is horible the car does not feelstabe at any speed, and my steering is really loose (no power steering)I know I need shocks but what else could it be thanks

I'd say tie rod ends possibly. Mine are really bad right now and it feels like I'm driving a ball of silly putty.

---- up shocks (mostly)
---- up or squished springs
tie rod end /ball joint
bushing will help but not if your is REALLY fucked up.
TIRE /TIRE PRESSURE is what you should check first.
