a 13b is in a tdo5 compressor housing right? the fins look like they may be staggered, it could be a 12a off a conquest/starion

after some more research I found the td04hl "15T" it could have came off a saab

the records they have say it was out of a lancer.

Let's see some pics of the exhaust housing and exhaust flanges. I'm pretty sure it's not one of the saab or volvo turbos (they have t-25 flanges and an actual stamp tag that says tdo4l-15t or something close).

The volvo TD04's have the BOV integral to the compressor housing outlet. Probably a TD04HL-13G but there were a million different TD04 variants. On numerous cars. The lancer had a V6 Twin Turbo but the turbo's were small..
