Is it possible that you miswired the connection to the ignition wires ?

its an APEXI turbo timer, the red wire connect to the constant 12v, blue into acc. 12v when the key is turned to acc, green wire connects to the 12v when the key all the way on did all that but I did not to the switch it self I connected it to the fuse box, but its like the same thing, I got the readings, and countdown but the engine dont run after shut down all I get is the fan.

i am really unfamiliar with turbo timers. I guess they keep 12v to the ignition even when the key it turned off.

sounds like you didnt get a constant 12v. where did u get that? Right from the battery?

I hooked it up to the fuse box, I hooked it up to all the instructions requirement, and when I shut the car off that runs in the countdown is the cooling fan, good for now, but when I start boosting I want it to cool the turbo also, but something wrong. dont know!

You have the ignition wire hooked to the wrong wire. Hook it to another wire that has 12v+ with ignition on. You have it hooked to an accessory ignition 12v+. This will not keep the engine running, only whatever accessory that hot is powering. There is probably a realy in that circuit that stops the current from flowing to the engine ignition. Also, it is best to hook it to the thick wires in the steering column that way there is no resistance in the rest of the electrical system.

I re wired it a hour ago directly to the plug that goes to the switch it works now, but I noticed the yellow wire off those 3 wires does not have any power, so I had to wire the constant 12v source to the fuse box, but it works. thanks for the help!
