is that only with usdm b16's? ive never had to do this with ANY of the cars i worked on except my friends singlecam... i change my axel's all the time cuz lowered cars kill them fast. life time warrenty at autozone baby life time core swap.
i never use to have to drain it on my teg w/cable tranny either, nobody believed me :P

ive never really drained the tranny when changing axles, i would just jack up one side to the oil in the tranny would go to the opposite side of the tranny

you change the axles all the time but how often to you change the fluid?...must be low if nothing comes out when you pull an axle
