ok my 92 lx has been throwing code 7 since i got it. I finally got around to fixing it and I found out that if I unplug the connector the middle signal wire has 3v in it wtf? The outside 2 have 5v and ground but the signal has 3v. I pulled the entire motor harness and checked the wires and everything is ok I swapped ecus and its the same so I am at a loss as to what is causing this

 

Bad TPS sensor?

 

I checked it without the sensor plugged in I have a spare throttle body here ill swap on tomorrow to see if that fixes it.
