anyone know if you can run ls pistons in a b17 ith b17 rods ... should be ok cause b16 dh is .020 and the ls's is .030 which is less which will give you about 8.8 c./r. im just wondering if the wrist pin is in the right location on the ls pistons

pretty simple take the piston off if you guys have a press if not run down to the machine shop and heat the rod up get the new piston in
Throw it in and see if your even with the deck shouldnt cost more than 15 bucks for them to press of a piston and time to see if your even with the deck.

i think were just going to do it im going to measure the wrist pin hiegth with a micro meter the should according to the info i found and should make the compression 8.8:1 which is perfect for a gm8 @ 15 psi
