Torque bolt pattern for d16

Wel the tilte says it all, I forgot the torque pattern and rather not buy a manual because I remeber the torque specs already. Need it for a z6 head, any picture or something would be cool thanks

call up autozone they have it on the computer

how tight you gonna torque them to the first step? The second step?
