Default Tool for enlarging injector seals

I took a look at the writeup on the main page for the DSM injector install and decided to give it a go, seeing as my RC450s wouldn't fit in my LS manifold.

I managed to destroy 2 seals and break 1 drill bit (don't ask - I'm retarded) trying to drill them in the manifold. I don't really have a dremel and the dremel attachment pictured in the writeup.

Does anyone have any other suggestions on a tool that is effective at enlarging the injector seals enough to accept the RC/DSM injectors?

Thanks in advance.

WTF were you trying to use?

You should be able to just use a drill and a grinding bit. Maybe a sandpaper wheel or something? I love my dremel.

a drill bit didnt work? at first i used it and it seemed to work but was too slow, so i just crammed in the sanding disc thing from the dremel. the key for me was finding something to hold the seal. since i didnt have a spare manifold i used a garden hose coupler. it fit snug and took the dremel all but 5 seconds to bore out. i didnt go all the way through as i wanted to keep a taper to it.
