heres the deal....my car doesnt register anything under 8% throttle.....ive changed the ecu, TB, fitv, iacv
i still have a cel for the iacv.....when i give it under 8% the revs go up and down......can someone please help!

sounds weird since everything i would think it can be has already been replaced. try adjusting the TPS maybe?

 

i checked the voltage of the tps and everything looked good.....5v closed and 4.5v wide open so i dunno!
