damn, if you are going that far why wuss out on the engine manegement. frmo what i read those afc's are horseshit. uberdata is cheaper and seems better. i am using it and have no problems at all. car runs like stock under boost or vaccume

i guess your right, maybe cause all ive ever used is afc's, i dunno, but if i have someone burn me a chip for what i have, then i change something in the motor, will i have to send the ecu back in? or would hondata work out better?

Re: think my build will turn out alright?

if you have a wideband you can tune it yourself. you can get a chip burner for less than an afc and do all kinds of stuff instead of just controlling fuel and spark

I can garrentee you that the safc isn't going to work too well at all on your setup. It's hard enough to tune one on a set of 450's and a t25 without popping a cel. On a set of 1000cc injectors you're going to have latency problems out the ass to boot. The afc's only trick the ecu, and there's only so far you can take it. Look into the Uberdata and tune it right.

it wont work at all...afc can only do -50 right? so try idling with 500cc injectors

Yeah...you're right...-50 is the farthest you can go.

so if i was going with anything over 500 (which i think im going to stick around the 500-800cc range)

would uberdata/turbo edit or hondata be the best way to go

You don't need all the stuff I've left in there. The flywheel is debatable, but I'd rather spend that money elsewhere. You need a bigger turbo, you probably don't need to fill the block, although you can if you feel 400-500HP isn't good enough. The big injectors are good, but I vaguely recall Precisions being easier to work with when you're running big gun injectors like that.

Read up on your fuel and spark management. Turboedit if it's OBO0, Crome or Crome Pro if it's OBO1, simply because Uber seems to have fallen by the wayside + is less idiot proof.

Other than that, pick the right cams, the right valvetrain, the right turbo and you'll probably be good to go, got a goal powerwise?
