Default in tank vs. inline fuel pumps

say you have a 255lph in line pump will it still flow just as good as the in tank ones, or will the flow be slower since it has to try to suck threw the stock in tank pump ?

There is proof... when you buy an external pump they often mention this themselves. I belive someone explained it quiet well on h-t but i got banned for the 5th tie and the mods are on the lookout for me. So i cant help you. How much power are you shooting for and with what pump, and why not go in tank?

Easily. It fill flow "slower" but if you install it correctly it will have no problem at that power level.

i agree, im sure its not as good as say a walbro 255 in tank pump but it will get the job done for sure to 300whp, p.s. if your worried about draining all the gas there is a plug on the gas tank :P
