Nah... Reid did final machine of the block. Kaizen uses Benson sleeved blocks.

Got the block sleeved through 1320 and GE.

I have the spare block, I would like to have the sleeves in it for about $500, dart's "dry-flanged" sleeves run about $250 and my machinist said he charges $250 to sleeve 4cyl's. So unless I can get another brand for cheaper, i'll be getting the darton sleeves.

or you could just have a stock sleeved spare block on standby- and why cant a regular machine shop do it, it doesnt look that hard for someone who knows what the hell he is doing?

I'll keep my current vitara/scatt/ARP engine as a spare. Still not sure as to dry vs. wet. no big hurry but i'd like to have another build done this summer. I still have to call dart.

Never heard a bad thing about Benson sleeving... but then again http://cheapturbo.stores.yahoo.net/hocid16sous.html used GE sleeves.
