talk to me about a carb'd turbo setup

i've only had one before and it was a draw through

i have a new car, im about to buy the turbo, IC, bov, and WG

but i need to know if i can go blow thru and how i would do it. would i just create like a box over the carb and basicly have the intake be the intake on the turbo?

i dont really want to go draw thru again and i dont really have the room to do it in this car

fuuuuuuuuuuuuck

for that much i might as well wait and swap it to EFI, i've got acess to all the parts, just cant afford the downtime

modding the carb would take too much time for me, i'll probably just swap it to EFI one weekend, im lookin at a beater prelude so i might be able to afford a little downtime soon

iv done a few draw through and a few blow through. On a buget a draw through will work way better. You can just box the carby and run a rising rate fuel reg with an efi pump.

switch the carb to a weber. stock yoda carbs will implode after 5psi.

assuming you run low boost, like 6-7psi, just get a big elec fuel pump and run 10psi across the lines and not worry about rpr's

draw through Sidedraught S.U"s work well to. then you dont have to intercool it because the vapourising fuel is super cool.

What just put the carb in a box and pressurize the hole carb? will that work with a standard carb?

no. you need to have at least 3psi above whatever pressure is going into the carb, going across the fuel system
