Default Taking a car out of storage

Ok so my other crx has been sitting for about a 2 and a half years, I removed the battery before storage and have purchased a new one to start it up again. In addition to the new battery I have also changed the oil put new gas in it ect. any how it wont start. What am I missing guys.

Pour a small amount of oil in the cyl's to build compression, right now they are dry.....not good...

fuel spark and compression is what you need
check it
