Suspension question

will stock struts (just the strut) from a 00 civic ex fit a 95 civic ex? I know this is a stupid question but they seem so close...

call a prts dealer and ask for struts for both cars with part numbers then compar

i think the fronts are the same but the bottom of the rears will be too narrow if i remember right
