Stock half size radiator question?

Default Stock half size radiator question?

since the search is not working i was just wondering how well will the stock civic half size hold up at 350hp? any help is better than no help.

I have a dual core aluminum one and it holds the stock H22A 210hp fine driving around even in traffic. But I have not had it out on the street since the dyno much in the sun but it held the 462hp fine at the time of tuning in MARCH. I'm sure it will be ok. I HOPE

I would just make sure you have a big high flow fan attached to it, set with a lower than stock temp fan switch (you can get adjustable ones with summit), and then I think you'd be fine. Then again, it might just pay to buy a thick aluminum one instead of going through that trouble.

i think you should go with a new aluminum cause the stock one dont hold for ----.

I got one off ov Ebay for 85 dollars shipped....Dual core all aluminum for a DelSol to go in my CRX its 2.5 inches thick and Beeeeautiful..
To me it was worth the money
