Default Springs?

At what point does it become necessary to use after market or dual springs in a D16z6 head. I'm trying to reach a goal of about 300-325 hp. Any input is appreciated.

mostly you would use them with a big lift cam where the factory coils would bind or if your looking to up the rev limit

Sounds good. I'm having it ported and polished by a local machinist. I am probably going to run a slightly more aggressive cam but I'm sure what to get yet.
