i just dont want it to be fucked in about 1000 miles like the damn gay deee em motor did.

so if its statisticly proven by statistics, ill just go with the acl's. thats why i ask, bc people on here have the knowledgeabilities, lol

Probably low oil pressure or severe detonation/poor tuning. Could be due to stretching rod bolts.

car was stock and plenty of oil in there, what would cause oil pressure loss? and what would cause the stretching of the bolts, i was taking it easy on the engine

i would go find a 30 dollar micrometer, measure and compare everything to the engine's specs. plastigate is your friend once you get new stuff, and just make sure nothing on the crank has deep gouges. i think haynes says if you can rub a penny over the surface and it doesn't get 'stuck' then you probably are good to go.
