I can use zeitronix to do it also, and s300, but I rather do it by the manual, plus its easier.

I agree. The reason I did it that way that time was because we were in the middle of a street tune and we didn't have a volt meter.

I took a tps from a b16 throttle body. found the volts that I it to be set at which is 0.49vdc closed, and 4.50vdc. I my test lead in the middle wire on the TPS plug, with ignition in the on position (motor not running) it should read 0.49 closed, and 4.5 WOT. car runs perfect

hows your throttle response with the new throttle body?

I just bored out a 65mm throttle body to 74mm inlet-65mm plate on a gsr motor. Throttle response on the car is awesome. Will make those turns road racing very fun.

intake temp is very important to how an engine runs

did not notice a difference in response, but due to better idle, the car runs a lot better. I was pushing the car real hard this weekend, around 280kph on the autobahn.

3 pins on the tps..

that's the problem.

The middle pin is where all the action is. Connect the middle pin to one of the outside pins and try again. If you get a negative voltage use the other outside pin.
