Default SAFC II AND WONT START. ---- ME.

just installed safc II a day or 2 ago. im not currently boosting right now because im waiting for the injectors to get here, but anways. I drove on the SAFC II all last nite. It ran perfect. i couldnt have asked for anything better. Then today i got home from school and got in the car and drove down the street. very conservatively of course. the rpm on the indash tach started jumping around (really weird. never seen anything like it) and all of a sudden died. I started it again, and pullled off into a coldesac(sp). Then shut the car off to see what the problem was. All the safc wires were fine. The voltages were normal (checked sensors Via SAFCII). Anywaysthe car doesnt start now. It cranks over and sounds like it should, but wont. Anyone have this problem. any thoughts?

Thanks

Could also be a bad ignitor or coil. Ground could also be an issue.

I'm guessing then it's not a honda...you should post that up next time. The majority of the cars on here are Honda, so if you don't specify, we start to assume

anyways... its all good.. me and my dad pushed my car back about a half mile. my legs are ------- burning. anyways.. found out there is fuel pressure for sure.. just no spark.. would any SPECIFIC WIRES touching on the ECU HARNESS make me lose spark? (please don't comment on the last sentence unless you know what wires specifically) Because again.. i just installed the safc and am thinking that's whats going on. maybe a blown fuse? anyways let me know.

You have fuel pressure, but are your injectors firing the right amount? Did you check what sensor you were using, like I said earlier (pressure sensor). Fuel pressure just means that your pump is working, not that it's actually dumping fuel into the cylinder. Get a tool to throw down the sparkplug hole (between the plug and the wire) that tells you if it's arching. They're like 10 bucks at autozone.

just try unplugging the harness on your safc and start it. If it starts then maybe u have a problem with ur safc or some wire somewhere..??
