removal of motor mount studs

both of my driver side motor mount studs are stripped and cant be removed, what can I do to remove and replace them? not a problem right now but if I want to remove the engine I cant. any help is apreciated.

replace the mount or i belive they are pressed in so you could take a a hammer and pound them out
