Default remote mounted t-body?? seriously intrigued

out of boredome i went to inlinepro's website (yes they still want $500 for a cast mani ) to see if they had any new cars out andi came across these pics of a k swapped EG
i had never heard of putting your TB any where but on your intake manifold. is this to cause less restriction coming into the mani??

someone that has uncontrollable knowledgablities please explain this

something is missing

looks like the t-body is right after the velocity stack

just because its a sleeper
back in 05 it ran a mid 13 on stock tires LS/V turbo

That's a new one. (Atleast to me).

I don't see the point, other than to be different and cause conversations like the one we're having.

so you have a 5 foot long intake or a 1 foot long intake, TB doesn't care much.

i'm sure the TB could care less where its placed, obviously they are going for more plenum volume. how does that help with making power and is there any other benefits??

Im gonna guess it really comes down to velocity. In reality I dont see how it will make a difference.
