Recondition rods or buy new?

Recondition rods or buy new?
I fucked up when I replaced my pistons. I forgot to mark which caps went to which rods, and after 180K miles the rods have warped a bit. Basically, my clearances are a bit messed up, and it's causing my bottom end to knock. I noticed it right away and have no damage to the crank what so ever. I could just try and guess which cap went to which rod, or I could pull the head (no big deal), pull the piston/rod combo and either get the rods conditioned or buy new rods. What would you guys recommend? I'm selling the car next week to some lady and her son, so I really don't care about going to the aftermarket. Thanks guys,
Colin

If you have knock, the crank is probably damaged. I've seen ones that had knock, "looked" fine, and proceeded to repeatedly chew up bearings on that journal in any engine they were stuck in. There's a D16 crank this happened to locally that's been sold twice as "good condition," and everyone who's used it ends up tossing #1 within 10K.
