haha, I'll take pics on my ride home today. 13 inch steelies 185/60/13 tires = 4K at 65. Pics for tonight

 

My friend has a b16 tranny on his R motor and he is turing 4200rpms at 70mph. I prefer the gsr tranny alot better.

 

if your car made power, youd prefer the b16a tranny.

idtrade my s80 tranny for a b16a tranny in a second

 

I don't mind the B16 tranny, it was just annoying when I had a gaping exhaust leak up until today. And turning 4K on the highway probably isn't the best for gas but eh... Here is the picture, with 13 inch steelies the speedo reads about 5 mph fast and it's at 73 in the picture so 68 mph at 4K RPMs.

 

Congrats on coming to the dark side If you need a hand wiring in the vtec and other sensors, let me know...Hawley's about 25 minutes away from where I live, and I've had alot of practice wiring up b16's/b18c's this past month

 

The 13'' are a bonus though and is like the poor man's way of increasing your final gear. I loved my VX's. Hell in my corolla I'm at 5k going 85. I'll take a picture today on my way to work. What ecu were you using before with your sohc?

 

Looks good alex, hows it feel compared to your SOHC turbo set-up

 

To be honest the sohc turbo setup was probably faster except the gears were so freaking long it sucked so, this feels faster I guess. Revving to 8K is certainly fun but I really miss my BOV
