Default raized deck highth

OK here it is i am new to a Honda they have interested me for a great while. My history is with V8 cars (428 1969 Mustang yes i am old)and am working on tubed Pinto.
I have got a 93 Honda civic 5 speed and in the middle of building a d15, (becouse it is a under dog engine).I have raized the deck 1", installed sleves, 7/16 head studs,7/16 main cap studs and filled the block to the bottom of the casting plugs with anchor cement.
I have custom conecting rods (old NASCAR) 6.250" center to center. I will be install two T3s off T-bird with forged pistons and a 200HP NOS Pro fogger.
I think this is a very good bottom end but am having trouble with what kind of fule system to run. I am thinking about a carb becouse i know them. So in closing where do i go from here? Any help would be very useful and i would like to thank you in advancefor it.

Did I just read that right? custom Nascar rods in a raised deck d15 with a twin turbo setup and a 200 shot of Nos?.

You fuel system needs are pretty easy, a set of 750cc injectors or bigger and a chipped P28 with uberdata (plus a 3bar map sensor) assuming your going to probably run about 35psi,

LOL, I want pics...

Filling the block is an old trick that helps in strenging the whole block and helps keep the main caps from walking at extrimely high RPMs.
In reguards to how dose the water pump work. The cement is not poured that deep.
