This is my d15 block with plate bolted down with temporary studs to hold it in place while the sleeves are pushed in.
what he sent me with the email, its not mine your going to have to wait for him to respond, im just helping him with the pics

it looks like theres some kinda glue or epoxy around the edge of the block and that thing he put on it, thats probably why he has those studs and nuts there, to hold it together so that ---- can dry
