This is my d15 block with plate bolted down with temporary studs to hold it in place while the sleeves are pushed in. |

it looks like theres some kinda glue or epoxy around the edge of the block and that thing he put on it, thats probably why he has those studs and nuts there, to hold it together so that ---- can dry

the studs and nuts are there to hold the plate in place till the slesve are pushed in to the block.
