Questions about adding vtec wiring *pics*
I've been preparing everything on my hatch for my dohc vtec swap here soon, and I am trying to do everything clean and the best I can.
I've spent all of tonight redoing my 95 dx wiring harness to add vtec and just plain clean it up. I stripped off all the old electrical tape, cleaned most of the plugs, and now I'm ready to add vtec. I want the vtec wiring ran inside of the harness. My question is where is the best place to route the vtec wires to? I want them to be in the original location as if this was a Z6 wiring harness. Here are some pics, it would be cool if someone could just use photoshop or paint to draw where I should route the vtec wires. I would appreciate it greatly http://parkinginlots.com/gallery/alb...2277.sized.jpg http://parkinginlots.com/gallery/alb...2281.sized.jpg The fundamental stages of weight savings lol http://parkinginlots.com/gallery/alb...2279.sized.jpg This is what the harness looks like on the side that I'm done with http://parkinginlots.com/gallery/alb...2278.sized.jpg |

1. knock sensor (if equipped) is usually near the oil filter.
2. vtec solenoid is on the exhaust cam. 3. oil press switch is in the same spot as vtec solenoid |
