well we went out to the track tonight and had the same problem with the pump hooked up to the switch but if he turns the key off and back on it's good for like 2 more laps (very short track) and when the car dies it's about the same amount of laps each time. relay/grounds?

So you went with a new ECU and the old inejctors? I think you might have just been overheating the ECU's without the resistors and then fried the ECU's.

I promise I chipped one car with crome pro and the other one with eCtune and this exact issue went away. Everything you are describing is what happened to us. Do you have any local tuners in your area?

I have no idea, But I SWEAR that is exactly what we had to do to fix both cars. I am an authorized tuner for eCtune so I am not just trying to blow smoke up someones *** by being a keyboard mechanic, I am speaking from experience and had EVERY SYMPTOM that you are describing. I can take pics of both cars and post them if you still do not believe me. I would not be chiming in and wasting Xenocrons space with useless info. I hope this helps someone and I hope you get your car running correctly.
