PM6 running an OBD0 LS???
i have a ghettodyne modified PM6 and i killed my A6 powered HF, so can i use the PM6 to run my LS? i used the LS (PR4) ecu to run the A6 so why not the other way around? someone please tell me i can do this, i DO NOT want to buy an AFC to control my fuel.

Re:PM6 running an OBD0 LS???
well brett....you prolly killed it cause of fuel and timing...i dont know what to say though...i do have my LS ecu on an HF motor...it runs hella hard and ive been doing it for 6 months...i think it is just fine...just more fuel and different timing... but as for the modded pm6 on the ls motor...i really dont see a big thing about it as long as u get those fuel and timing maps right..

Re:PM6 running an OBD0 LS???
ya the hardware is almost identical. just splice in the ls maps and you should be good. im gonna do the same thing- splice in ls maps into the ghd pm6 base map, but even worse is im automatic so we'll just have to see..

Re:PM6 running an OBD0 LS???
well the thing is, i already have a chip for the pm6 that i was gonna run on my A6 motor. if anyone wants to burn me a chip to run the pm6 on the LS that would be great. the chip i have is graham's (MR DR PEP), do you think it will work? and any adim can feel free to move this to the engine management forum if they see fit. thanks

Re:PM6 running an OBD0 LS???
You can run your computer with the LS. I have a great program for PM6 or PR4 for LS. More fuel, more timing, pretty decent performance upgrade. Wouldnt have thought so, but first hand experience with LS motor into 88 HF on my brothers car.
