can i use a p28 ecu on a obd1 dohc zc

will i get a engine light when vtec is supposed to engage
looking to run uberdata, will a sohc si base map be ok

actually 92-93 was pr4
and 94-95 was P75

if you want to get technical the year range is more due to obd0 pr4 and obd2 p75 ecus.
