Perhaps your head and/or block are slightly warped and need to be surfaced?

Let the car warm up and feel the rad in different spot's, that will tell you if its good. If you dont want to touch it then use a thermistor?, basically you point it at something and it tells you what degree it is. good luck

I gonna try something tomorrow. Every one have different opinion :S I dont know what start with... I think HG gonna be last.

Ok, I just changed my radiator ... No MORE OVERHEAT ;D
