Overheating

HI guys
My new problem is over heat ! >:(
all coolant going to the overflow tank. and there is a lot of air in radiator ! In a beginning it was overheating only after 4-5 good boosted run. but now it dose all the time. BUT when i drive with my heater - temperature is good. I changed a r-cap, termostat - not help.
I think it is HG... but i did compression test it is good - 175 around. I dont have any oil in coolant or milkshake in oil, and no wite smoke from exhaust. My set up is - Com. HG with ARP head stads , TT, SRP... I boosted only 9psi for now.

I changed water pump today - not help ! >:(

I unplug the coolant line from the turbo - it help a little ...

I drove 20mil from my mam's garage to home and everything was fine till i go from highway and race one car ;D
after that race car started little overheat and after 3 minutes temperature drop to normal temp.

What u guys think ? maybe radiator? - (no any leaks in engine by).

Try just driving without boosting at all. Does you car run fine, and not overheat?

Does it only start to overheat once you boost?

Mine did the same thing. I changed the headgasket and installed ARP headstuds and the problem was solved.

Re: Overheating

Your problem could also be caused by:

1. Faulty thermostat.

2. Radiator hose(s) collapsing - open hood and rev engine while observing the radiator hoses.

Same prob here too, sorry to jack your thread.... Car is progressivly getting worse. Have to add water to the rad every week. My fan is also constant on but no help... Im thinking its a timing issue? Crazy detonation, but the cars always ran hot even before boost and I changed the HG w/ my old setup last year. ???
