Default OVERCOOLING?!?!

I bought an 88 civic hb with a zc swap in it about 3 months ago. Ever since I've had it it has had cooling problems but runs great other than that. It will be at normal temp when just driving around (about 180) then when I get on it it cools down to sometimes less than 150 and the longer you keep the revs up the more it cools down. I thought for sure this was the t-stat so i replaced it and did not help any. Also, this makes the cold rev limiter kick in and it really ticks me off. I have asked so many people and no one can come up with an awnser and this is the third time I have posted this quistion. So can someone please give me some idea's because I am planing to go turbo this summer and need it runing good.

did you test the thermostat b4 you put it in. Could be DOA, not likely, but maybe. Drop it it boiling water and see if it pops open.

I got the rubber o-ring thing that goes around it but, I did get a t-stat for a crx/civic but, I think they are the same as the integra one.

I had this same problem after I put the turbo on my car... after I ran new cooland lines. I think the flow was either too restricted (high engine RPM) or there is air in the system.

I have bled the system for air. What do you mean replacing the coolent lines, all of them?
