whats clicking? is it just the key clicking and not turning the motor over?
bring power to the starter and the starter solenoid and see if it starts up.. sounds like a bad connection.. |

According to an OBD 1 manual (yes I realize its properly a OBD 0 computer) the 3 is the MAP sensor and the 14 is the IACV.

just a thought...and you might wanna try cause you've tried the switching of iacv already, but the intake air temp(IAT) plug is exactly the same as the iacv, and its on the back where the iacv is too. BUT...keep in mind, even if you dont plug anything into the IAT, it wont give you a check light, so knowing this, you might just wanna try switching the 2 cause if you did mix it up. you wont get the cl for the iat, only the iacv. just my $0.02. hey it happens, I did it before ;D good luck
