oil pump porting
I found some info on endyns site about increasing flow of the d16's oil pump. So im giving it a try on my zc, I worked on it for an hour or so last night. I think it turned out pretty good, I do have a little more cleanup to do but the porting is basically done. Anyone else try this? tips, tricks? How did it work out for you?

The pump is completely taken apart and once Im finished porting the pump inlet to the pickup Ill give it a good shot of brake cleaner and than blow it out with compressed air. |
Re: oil pump porting
If you take the plug out of the bottom of that oil pump and put a spacer on top of the spring you can also gain a few extra psi out of the pump as well ;)

Hotrex did that I think. I just went with the Z6 pump instead of the Y8 on my last build. |
