oil pan gasket question

i think on the back of the tube it says something about cure time. did you do that? did you use silicone or gasket sealer? silicone is like making another gasket, gasket sealer seals the gasket. 2 different things.

hmm i THINK its a gasket maker or somthing i just found it and slaped it on...i cant see how long im supposed to let it dry, it was covered in some paint does that mean i ruined it? or can it still dry and seal fine even tho some oil leaked?

My oil pan never leaks and I have re-used gaskets with no gasket maker and no silicone
