there was no OBD 0 USDM B16 ecu's seeing there was no B16a's in the us till 94 in the 94 del sol VTEC and they were b16a2/3's

so i guess my best bet is to do a OBD0 to OBD1 conversion? and use an ECU from the 94 Del Sol VTEC? or even the 99 CIvic Si? But are the 99 Civic SI OBD2?

Yes get a 94-95 delly p30. Must be usdm. They are not easy to find so get ready for alot of searching and no a JDM ecu will not pass a ref. 99 si ecu is obd2.

just boost what he has now, or move away from fucked up cali and do the swap you want. i actually got my B16a to pass with the JDM ECU here in colorado and it was only using 1 o2
