Default no oil pressure in gsr

i just finished my swap and im not getting any oil into the head. i turned the car on and it was working fine. then the oil light went on. it started making squeeking noises from the head so i added oil all over the head and the noise went away. i took the valve cover and turned the car and thats how i saw that oil wasnt being pushed up. does anybody know whats going on. its a 2000 gsr block so i dont think that it can be my oil pump. do yall think that i didnt plug something right. i dont have a knock sensor since im using a p28 obd1. do yall think that might be the problem

If the motor hasnt been opened up before the only thing is a broken oil pump.

the head and the block came from different motors. it did not come together. we put it together. the oil pan is dented but it worked fine when it was in the other swap. i did have that block sitting in my garage to like a year and a half.
