DX-STD or vise versa.
The cannon plugs are different, some wires are in diffent locations. I cnat remember which ones, most like the FI system. injectors 2,4, CPS, and some other ---- I cant think of cause its too late. Basically what you hyave to do for a MPFI swap in a DPFI car is already done in a HF-Si. So, since its factory and not you did it your self, the wires will be in the factory location on the cannon plug insead of going thru your fenderwell or something. Ig you find a schematic and find which one does what, you will be strait.
Wait a minute...Why the *** are you useing a DX MPFI prepped harness in a MPFI car anyway? HF-Si harnesses are supposed to work with OBD0 B-series motors, with the exeption of having to wire up Vtec.

From what he said it is the exact same harness that comes out of a 88-91 HF\SI
He just had to make a few wires longer.....he said it would bolt right up to a B16 with the exception of vtech
Iunno Im lost on this whole thing....if it wont work then i need an SI harness cheap...i paid 25 for this 1 sooo unno...

I was under the assumption that You can use a Si harness on an HF. Where are they different? I have a Std so all the ---- I know is Dx-Std ----. I always was told that you needed a HF or Si to run a MPFI motor with close to no wiring mods, since they were stock with MPFI.
Better question is what kind of civic did your harness come out of?

a 91 civic 2 or 4 door.....iunno for sure....
But my friends civic...his connectors on the chassis on the left and right side are the exact same as the ones on my 91 HF CRX...im pretty sure itll bolt right up to my B16...since its also OBD0.....ill jus hav to wait and see
