mine did the same. It was the timing. try turning your distributor while the car is runing to fine tune.

But as Im trying to break in the motor driving it very conservatively the motor feels like its bogging. But the weird thing is when I let the RPMs drop to like 2k and as I step on the gas it starts to bogg but if I step on it again its fine. This happens in all gears. I need to find out what it is before I put the turbo on. Ive checked the plugs, fuel pump, Dist. cap and rotor, switched out injectors, spark plug wires look ok. I need to know what it could be. sounds like its lean. if its hesitating, running rich is more of a bogging
