need help changin my fluids (ummm the ones in my car....)

30 weight is what you need in that manuel tranny.I use Calsrtoll Syntec 30 weight in mine.It shifts oooooooh so smooth

i heard you're not suppose to use synthetic or synthetic blend in your tranny, can make your synchros have a short life i use to use just regular 10w30, but then i tried the honda mtf from the dealership, and wow!, what a difference! it's about 4 bucks a quart and you need about 3 quts., but you only need to change it about ever 20-30k miles, so it's not much in the long run.......

ive been using synthetic in my tranny for 120k miles and no problems...there see now you heard different

this is true, now i can say "i heard synthetic is good", na seriously though, i use to use synthetic in my tranny too, and i "heard" it wasn't good, at about the same time heard that, my tranny started grinding (200k miles ), so i figured i would try the honda mtf, and then my tranny was smooth as brand new and a lot easier going into gear, now i have a new car and only use honda fluids in it.......
